#VailFIRE [UPDATE 8 AM]: After monitoring the fire overnight, it is now 100% contained.

#VailFIRE [UPDATE 7:00PM]: Firefighters made greaet progress today, despite high temperature, and the fire is 95% contained. Resources will remain on-scene patrolling for hot spots within the burn perimeter. This will be the final update of the evening unless significant changes occur.

#VailFIRE [UPDATE]: The fire is 55 acres and 25% contained. The fire is deep in a canyon in remote terrain, hindering engines making access. Fire resources continue building containment line and mopping up hot-spots.

Firefighters are on-scene of approximately 25 acres burning in a canyon with difficult access. The fire is burning at a moderate rate of spread. Additional air and ground resources en-route.
